Refund policy

Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened
  
• The product is in its original, intact condition.
• Return period is 14 days after delivery

Due to the nature of our products, and for reasons of safety, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for opened or damaged items. 
This applies in particular to sterile, sealed, or laboratory products, as well as products that have been specially assembled or made to order.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this returns policy.
