We ship for free from the Netherlands to all countries within the European Union.
Most orders are shipped to:

Netherlands & Belgium:
1–2 working days
Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria:
2–4 working days
Spain, Italy, Portugal:
3–6 business days
Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway ):
4–7 business days
Other European countries: 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs
*Norway* is outside the EU, so import duties or VAT may apply there.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace link.

Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened
  • The packaging is undamaged
  • The product is in its original, intact condition.

Due to the nature of our products, and for reasons of safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for opened or damaged items.
This applies in particular to sterile, sealed, or laboratory products, as well as products that have been specially assembled or made to order.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this returns policy.
